When you request a meeting, you may provide your name, work email, company, title production system, and the part of file preparation you want to discuss.

Our hosting providers may also process basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site.

How we use the information

We use this information to schedule and prepare for your call, respond to questions, understand which workflows teams want improved, maintain site security, and improve LogicNerve.

Calendly and scheduling

After the questionnaire, Calendly opens within this site so you can choose a meeting time. Your name and questionnaire answers may be passed to Calendly to prefill the booking and help us prepare. Calendly separately collects your email and handles that information under its own privacy terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us host the site, schedule meetings, communicate with you, or maintain security. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

Cookies and analytics

We use PostHog to understand visits and interactions, improve site performance, and see where the workflow-review booking process can be clearer. PostHog may process pseudonymous usage and technical information such as pages viewed, clicks, device and browser details, performance data, and session replays. Form input values are masked in session replays, and we do not send your name or company as custom analytics-event properties.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure visits from our Facebook and Instagram advertising and to record a lead after Calendly confirms that a workflow review has been scheduled. We do not send the questionnaire answers, your name, or your company to Meta as event properties.

LogicNerve and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies to measure advertising, provide analytics, and support scheduling features.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our business records, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can also contact us without completing the questionnaire.
