Privacy supplement
Connected accounts
Effective September 10, 2026
This supplement forms part of the LogicNerve Privacy Policy. It explains the Google account permissions and data use associated with our email integration.
These additional restrictions apply to Google data even where another part of the Privacy Policy permits broader processing of other information.
Google accounts and Gmail
You can connect a Gmail mailbox to LogicNerve for your organization. Google asks for your permission before the connection starts.
We access your Google profile and email address to identify the connected account. We read message headers, subjects, timestamps, labels, and message content to find sign-in verification emails for connected services, such as your organization’s prior-authorization portal.
We use verification codes to complete the sign-in you request. After a code is accepted, we mark its message as read and apply the LogicNerve MFA label.
Google groups these actions under the Gmail modify permission. That permission also allows sending and moving messages to Trash. LogicNerve does not use the connection to send email, move messages to Trash, or permanently delete messages.
The connection belongs to your LogicNerve organization. Authorized organization members can use it for the connected workflow, and administrators can disconnect it.
Google data processing and storage
An integration processor handles the Google authorization connection and stores the access credentials needed to maintain it. Gmail requests and responses pass through that processor to LogicNerve.
LogicNerve processes verification messages and codes for the requested sign-in. It does not maintain an archive of your mailbox.
We retain connection identifiers and configuration while the integration is in use. Our service providers process connection data and operational records to provide and secure the integration.
We use encrypted connections to Google and our integration processors. Access credentials stay on the server and are not returned to the application browser.
Limits on Google data use
We use Google data only to provide the connected features described here. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or send it to advertising services.
We do not use Google data to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Website analytics described in this policy do not receive Gmail message content or verification codes from the integration.
We share Google data with service providers only as needed to operate these features, protect security, or comply with law.
Our personnel do not read Google message content unless you authorize access to specific data, or access is necessary for security or legal obligations.
LogicNerve follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, when using or transferring Google data.
Disconnecting and deleting Google data
You can disconnect the mailbox in LogicNerve under Admin → Connections. This removes the connected account from our integration processor and stops future mailbox access through that connection.
You can also revoke access in your Google Account connections. Disconnecting does not delete your Gmail messages or undo labels and read status already applied.
For deletion of retained connection records or other Google data, email hamza@logicnerve.com. We remove data that is no longer needed, subject to legal and security retention requirements.
